Samuel S. Sadler III is a fourth generation to Mount Dora. Dr. O. W. Sadler moved to Mount Dora in 1884. The Sadlers were one of the first pioneer families to settle in this beautiful area of Florida. Dr. Sadler installed the first communication line known as the “telephone” from his residence on Highland Street to the Seaboard Coastline Railway Station, presently the Mount Dora Chamber of Commerce Building.

I have been building “Fine Custom Homes” in the Lake and Orange County area for the past thirty three years. From the beginning, I chose to develop and maintain my business on a small and manageable level thus providing the utmost personal attention and detail oriented level of service. My commitment to personalized attention with each home I build enables me to complete three to five homes a year. All phases of my business from administrative duties to job bidding and construction task coordinating are personally handled by me. Being present on a daily basis and personally overseeing the job site construction process is something I chose to do which most custom home builders delegate to their job foreman. Over the years, I have developed relationships with the highest quality professional sub-contractors and material men available in this area. To their credit of fine workmanship, many of them have been with me over the past thirty three years.

My business reputation is built on honesty, supreme quality of craftsmanship and my ability to work on a personal level with each client. The majority of my customers have come to me through personal referrals, repeat business and by seeing the many outstanding homes I’ve built in the area. Building a fine custom home is quite simple. Only two things are involved, material and labor. I choose not to compromise either in any of the homes I build thus constructing the finest custom home built of quality material and craftsmanship overseen personally by me.
